What:  Please join us for a weekly Free Family Fun Fitness class!
When:  Saturday mornings, starting June 18th, from 9-9:45 a.m.
Where:  Beautiful Frontierland Park in Pacifica.
Who:  The class is open to the public.  Families with children of all ages (including infants in strollers), seniors, and individuals are welcome.   Our goal is to get people and families moving and having fun outside!

The Family Fun Fitness class is free, though donations are gladly accepted.  ALL Donations from class members will go to the Pacifica Resource Center (PRC) and can be in the form of money, or items such as baby food, wipes and diapers, adult socks, powdered milk, and canned meats.

Tala Stephens (nationally certified personal trainer) and Nicholas Scarabosio (Crossfit Level I Instructor) will teach this class using a combination of humor, games, exercises, and cardiovascular activities that everyone can do, including relay races, exercise stations, drills, and obstacle courses.

As part of their efforts to promote family stability, Family Fun Fitness engages families in activities that increase their health and interaction with each other while raising much-needed funds for the PRC.  The mission of the PRC is to help stabilize Pacifica families and individuals by providing a safety net of food, housing assistance, and other critical services, along with coaching, advocacy, information, and referrals.
